Subscription Scope
- •Monthly subscription users are limited to 5 property uploads in total (for both residential and commercial plans).
- •Annual subscription users can upload up to 50 properties total, with a maximum of 10 uploads per month.
- •Premium users can upload unlimited properties across all listing types.
- •Inactive subscribers' properties will not be displayed on the homepage but will appear in search as "unavailable for rent".

What happens if my subscription expires?
Your properties will no longer be displayed on the homepage. They will still appear in search results but will be marked as "unavailable for rent" until you renew your subscription.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. If upgrading, you'll get immediate access to the new features. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What's included in tenant verification?
Verification includes NIN (National Identification Number) verification, liveliness check to confirm identity, and employment verification. This is a one-time fee that covers your entire time on the platform.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and select mobile payment platforms for your convenience.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Your subscription covers all listed features in your plan. The only additional costs are the tenant application and verification fees, which are clearly displayed.
Is my data safe on RentMata?
Absolutely. We use encrypted servers, secure payment gateways, and strict privacy policies to protect your information.
