Sales Representative
Drive growth by acquiring new landlords and property managers to the RentMata platform. You will also be responsible for onboarding new users and ensuring they have a smooth experience getting started.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential landlords and property managers
- Present RentMata services and subscription plans
- Onboard new users and guide them through account setup
- Meet and exceed monthly acquisition targets
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Report on sales activities and market feedback
Requirements
- Sales experience, preferably in real estate or tech
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting targets
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Based in Lagos or Abuja
Customer Service Representative
Be the voice of RentMata. Help users resolve issues, answer inquiries, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression of our platform.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues promptly
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
- Document customer feedback and common issues
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Problem-solving mindset with patience and empathy
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems
- Based in Lagos or Abuja
RentMata Evangelist
Spread the word about RentMata and help us grow our community. Work alongside the sales team to promote RentMata at events, in communities, and across social channels.
Responsibilities
- Promote RentMata at local events, markets, and community gatherings
- Support sales reps with lead generation and outreach
- Create awareness about RentMata in target neighborhoods
- Distribute promotional materials and app download guides
- Gather feedback from potential users and report insights
Requirements
- Outgoing personality with excellent people skills
- Passionate about real estate and technology
- Strong local network in Lagos or Abuja
- Comfortable with public speaking and community engagement
- Based in Lagos or Abuja
